The Outer Continent, known as Fallen Sun, is unknown to the dwellers of the Inner Continent. It is said to be formed from the body of a dead sun god. The interior is a scorching desert, hospitable only to magical creatures of sand and fire - the Djinn. The coastal borders are fertile, populated by a wide variety of humans and non-humans.
Fallen Sun is primarily a place to find African or Middle Eastern style cultures, but given the usual Conclave twist. The largest civilisation was the a'Keshamite Empire, long since gone. Many of the current cultures stem from that mighty body. One cultural artifact that has been strongly preserved is the worship of the many-faced All-seeing One.
Geilem
Geilem is a small kingdom, created long ago by the folk hero Geil, former slave of the a'Keshamite Empire. The people of Geil are renowned as singers, whose songs can sometimes have magical effects.
Dromads
"Camel centuars" is how one could crudely describe this non-human race. Dromads are able to withstand the heat of the inner deserts, and this is where one might find them. They are hard-drinking and enjoy a range of violent sports as practice for fighting and raiding. Most humans view them uneasily - they may trade one day and raid the next without warning.
Imbata
The Imbata are nomadic herders who travel the coastal uplands with their herds of vur oxen. They worship the All-Seeing one, but have a culture separate from the neo-a'Keshamite kingdoms. There are many different tribes, united by the similarities that make them all Imbata.
The Pedocracy of Sindu
Sindu is a two-race nation found in a great cliff-walled lowland depression. The humans who live there are Imbata, and they live a quiet pastoral life. They share the valley with the Malameks, small intelligent pterasaurs who keep the valley magically protected and fertile in exchange for food. The two races live in a state of symbiosis, but mostly ignore one another. The Malameks of Sindu are known as great collectors of esoteric lore.
The Sisterhood of Hurriat
Based just off the mainland in the island of Hish, the Sisterhood is a land governed by women. The men tend to the physical needs of the country, whilst the women of the Sisterhood see to the spiritual. The Chesu-Akuli, practitioners of sex magic, channel the mystical energies that the Sisterhood control.
